Happy Halloween!
Here's a pic of our Halloween graveyard cake that we made the other day. The kids loved decorating it. But I think if you asked them they would say eating it was the best part! Happy Halloween!

Talan
I was just going through some of the pictures of Talan that we have taken and I came across this one. I think that it is one of my favorites of him. I can't believe how much he has already changed! I think that he is about two and a half weeks old in this one. I look back on that time and I feel like it's such a blur, it went by so fast, as time tends to do these days. Anyways, I had to share it with everyone, he just looks to cute not too. Don't ya think?

Our handsome little man.....
Our little Talan is now officially 8 weeks old! And in a couple of days he will be two months. I can't stand it. Last week he actually rolled over from his stomach to his back. We couldn't believe our eyes. I'm not ready for him to be that big! We all just can't get enough of him, he's such a blessing for our family.
Pumpkin Patch
We finally made it over to the Pumpkin Patch the other night. The kids just love that place. For some reason they were really digging the white pumpkins, so we got a couple of those. But, the highlight of the night was for sure the little corn maze they had there. We went through it at least ten times...if not more. By the time we got through it the last time we noticed that we were the only ones left in the patch, so with that we decided it was time to go! Talan was such a trooper, like always...(he's so easy going!) He just slept in the wheel barrel the whole time. Good times.

Halloween
This year I decided to do a theme with the kids Halloween costumes, since this is probably the last year I could pull something like this off, being that they want to be what they want to be for Halloween and not what I want...go figure! Anyways, part of my reasoning for doing this is because I thought it would make a great picture of them all. So, on Friday we ventured over to the photo studio, can you say NIGHTMARE! After over a hour of trying to get Chase to want to do pics, Taylor to stop playing with Talan, and trying to get all over them to look at the camera at once, (let alone smiling), the photographer informed us that her next appointment was there. I was sooo discouraged! Well, we left and I decided that the kids punishment for not cooperating was that we were going to go to Grandpa Bryce's house, and that's right take more pics! I thought that maybe I could get lucky and snap a shot that I just loved. Yes, I was very determined. So, here's some of the pictures that I got of them that day. My kids are the best!

Just playing around...
The boys
Well, I couldn't possibly post something without putting some pictures of the boys up. The one of Chase is when he got in a bit of trouble the other day. I don't think that his lip could stick out any further. Even when he does something naughty it's hard to stay mad at him cause he's such a cutie. I usually have to turn away after he gets in trouble cause he just always makes me smile. And little Talan is getting so big, too fast. I swear it seems like your pregnant FOREVER! And then they get here and the time just flys. I'll have to get a picture of him smiling up, cause it's pretty cute!

Snowbird
We went up to Snowbird yesterday. We had big plans, but the weather did not permit it. Oh well...We had fun anyway! Cort got me a new camera a couple weeks ago and I am still trying to figure it out. I'm thinking that I will need to take a class or something to really get the hang of it. So far though i am really enjoying taking pictures. Anyways, since the weather up at Snowbird wasn't all that great, (it was snowing!) taking pics on the way up was a highlight. Plus, the kids got there first opportunity this year to play in the snow. We also went swimming while we where there and they thought that was soo cool, swimming while it was snowing! They kept jumping out to get some snow to eat and to throw in the pool. We had a blast! It was a nice little getaway...even though it was only for the night. The first pics I posted are of us when we stopped on the way up there. Don't let the pics fool you...Snowbird got at least a couple feet of snow up there that night, if not more. The last pic is of Talan holding his head up...all by himself. He will be six weeks tomorrow. I can't believe it.
